Pressure Testing which plays a vital role to ensure an air-tight (leak-free) build – thus saving you money on heating bills, by ensuring your warm air stays in your home

Building Energy Ratings – all Mullane built homes have achieved a BER rating of between B1 – A1 which is at the top end of the scale.

Geothermal Heating – outdoor air temperatures vary with the different seasons. Ground temperatures remain relatively moderate and constant all year. A geothermal system circulates a water-based solution through a buried loop system to utilise these constant temperatures.
